We meet every Wednesday at 7:30 pm on the Ehrenhof at Mannheim castle.
This run is open to all people who are interested in running, from beginners to advanced runners. Normally different courses (6 to 13.5 km) at different paces are offered. For each group the pace will be chosen everyone can agree on.
In the autumn and winter we run on the Parkinsel in Ludwigshafen (on the other side of the Rhine) because the course there is lighted. Before mid-September we run in the forest park in Mannheim.
For additional running dates and organizational announcements we recommend to enlist in the mailing list or to request to be added to our WhatsApp group. Anyone can also suggest running dates themselves and find fellow runners for their run.
